Police: These latest arrests not send out a very strong message to those involved in the supply of drugs within Fife that their evil trade will not be tolerated.
Seven people have been arrested after police raided a number of houses in Dunfermline seizing 60 kilos of cannabis.
Officers arrested four men and three women following the intelligence-led operation on Tuesday.
They were due to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
Fife Constabulary claims the drugs would be worth around £300,000 on the streets.
Detective Superintendent, Colin Beattie said: "These latest arrests not send out a very strong message to those involved in the supply of drugs within Fife that their evil trade will not be tolerated.
"Be assured that we will continue in our efforts to target those criminals who pose the greatest threat, risk and harm to our communities.
"I would again like to thank our communities for their ongoing support and would urge that members of the public continue to alert us as to their concerns."
